After prolonged and unremitting quest,China has made significant progress on the exploration of low-permeability resources. Especially in the past two decades,the exploration of sandstone、 carbonate and lava led to a large scale of low-permeability oil-gas reservoir. Low-permeability resources are the main reason of oil-gas reservoir rising. Along with the increasing of exploration and demand,low-permeability oil-gas reservoir will be the main target of exploration tomorrow. Every conquest of low-permeability problem causes a rush of idea and a breakthrough of technology. Technique leads to the exploration of Sulige and Xi'nan gas field. Innovation made many low-permeability oil-gas fields gain vital force. Only by innovation,low-permeability oilgas fields can develop continuously,scienti fically and healthily.
