摘要
目的探讨胃癌组织中细胞黏附分子CD62P的表达及其与临床病理学特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测62例胃癌及相应癌旁组织中CD62P的表达水平,并分析其与胃癌临床病理学特征的关系。结果胃癌组织中CD62P的阳性表达率为58.1%(36/62),相应癌旁组织中未见CD62P表达(0/62),两者的阳性表达率有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD62P的表达与胃癌浸润深度及淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),与年龄、肿瘤大小、组织分化、远处器官转移、TNM分期无关(P>0.05)。结论CD62P可能参与了胃癌的发生、发展和转移,其水平变化对胃癌病情及预后判断有一定的价值。
Objective To approach the expression of cell adhesion molecule CD62P in gastric caneer tissues and the relation with clinical pathology characteristics. Methods The expression level of CD62P in gastric cancer tissues and side cancer tissues of 62 patients were detected by immunohistoehemistry of S-P method, and its relation with clinical pathology characteristics was analysed. Results The positive expression rate of CD62P in gastric cancer tissues was 58. 1% , and there was no expression in the side cancer tissues,it was significant between the two groups by statistic analysis （P 〈 0.05）. The expression of CD62P was associated with invasion depth of gastric cancer and metastasis of lymphonode （P 〈 0.05） , but had no relation with age, tumor size, tissue differentiation, diversion bethond organ, and TNM stage （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion CD62P may participate the befallen,develop and metastasis of gastric cancer,and its changes are significant to the gastric cancer and prognosis judges.
