肺癌的PET/CT检查方法与价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨PET/CT在肺癌检查中的应用价值。方法使用GE公司Discovery ST型PET/CT机,检查前需禁食12 h以上,F18-脱氧葡萄糖(FDG)作为示踪剂,注射剂量为0.1 mCi/kg,注药后60 min开始扫描。结果104例患者中,86例诊断为肺癌,25例未见任何转移,33例肺癌有远处转移,其中30例多发骨转移,另外有肝转移、脑转移、肾上腺转移等。恶性病变组织的标准摄取值(SUV)平均为7.00+3.82,良性病变组织SUV值平均为3.27+1.77,二者SUV值差异有显著性。结论PET/CT诊断肺部病变的灵敏性为97.7%,特异性为94.1%,准确性为97.9%,高于其它检查方法诊断的准确率。
