摘要
目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌组织中RECK和MMP-9蛋白的表达和相关性。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测RECK和MMP-9在48例肺癌组织和癌旁正常肺组织中的表达情况。结果:肺癌组织中RECK表达阳性率为29.2%(14/48),癌旁正常肺组织中阳性表达率为85.7%(42/48),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肺癌组织中MMP-9表达阳性率为68.8%(33/48),癌旁正常肺组织中阳性表达率为16.7%(33/48),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RECK和MMP-9的表达与淋巴结转移和TNM分期有关,而与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、组织学分化程度无关。与无淋巴结转移和Ⅰ、Ⅱ期的肺癌组织相比,在有淋巴结转移和Ⅲ期的肺癌组织中,RECK表达降低,而MMP-9表达增高(P<0.05)。RECK和MMP-9的表达经χ2检验有负相关关系(χ2=8.263,r=-0.437,P<0.05)。结论:RECK蛋白在肺癌中低表达,MMP-9蛋白高表达,二者可能参与了肺癌的发生,在肺癌的侵袭和转移中发挥重要作用,并且具有协同作用。
Objective: To study the expression and correlation of RECK and MMP- 9 in non -small cell lung cancer( NSCLC) and clinic pathological features. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of RECK and MMP -9 proteins in 48 NSCLC tissues and the para -cancerous tissues. Results:The positive rate of RECK in NSCLC carcinoma tissues was 29.2% ( 14/48 ) lower than that in para -cancerous tissues 85.7% (42/48) ( P 〈 0.05 ). Positive rates of MMP - 9 were 68.8% ( 33/48 ) and 16.7% ( 33/48 ) respetively. The positive rates of RECK and MMP -9 were correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage, but no relationship with age, sex, pathology subtype and histological grades. The positive rates between RECK and MMP- 9 were associated (r = -0. 437, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:RECK is lower - expressed in NSCLC, while MMP -9 is over - expressed. They may be involved in the carcinogenesis of NSCLC, and may play an important role in invasion and metastasis of NSCLC. RECK and MMP -9 play a cooperative role in the process of NSCLC.
