人乳头状瘤病毒16,18型感染及MCM蛋白表达调控与人乳腺癌 被引量:1

摘要 高危型人乳头状瘤病毒16、18型E6、E7蛋白导致p53、Rb抑癌基因功能的失活以及E6、E7可分别直接或间接调控细胞周期DNA复制起始调节准许因子—微小染色体维持蛋白7的异常表达从而导致细胞周期复制异常涉及了HPV16型和HPV18型感染后人乳腺癌的发生、发展过程,本文就其相关机制及临床意义作一综述。 E6, E7 proteins of high risk human papillomavirus 16 and 18 types inducing inactivation of function of p53, Rb and aberrant expression of the minichromosome maintenance protein (MCMp) 7 of cell cycle replication licensing system may play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of human breast cancer. This review mainly summarized the related mechanism and clinical significance.
