酵母来源的CO_2在不同环境下的诱蚊效果 被引量:6

Yeast-generated CO_2 As An Attractant for Trapping Mosquito in Different Environments

摘要 目的研究酵母来源的CO2在不同的环境下对蚊虫的引诱效果。方法采用现场试验的方法,实验组为酵母粉与蔗糖溶液组成的混合溶液添加于诱蚊诱卵器中,对照组为去氯自来水添加于诱蚊诱卵器中,分别布放于地下车库、办公室内与绿化地带。布放后每隔24h观察记录一次诱蚊数目及品种。结果在地下车库实验组总诱捕622只蚊虫,其中白纹伊蚊228只,致倦库蚊394只,无蚊卵,诱蚊诱卵指数为100;对照组共诱捕81只蚊虫,其中白纹伊蚊53只,致倦库蚊28只,蚊卵268个,诱蚊诱卵指数为73.3。在办公室内实验组共诱蚊23只,均为致倦库蚊;对照组共诱蚊6只,其中白纹伊蚊1只,余为致倦库蚊,蚊卵30个,诱蚊诱卵指数为3.3。在绿化地带实验组仅引诱一只致倦库蚊,对照组共诱蚊32只,1只致倦库蚊,余均为白纹伊蚊,诱卵1322个,诱蚊诱卵指数为60。3种环境下的CO2组诱蚊总数量比较差别均有统计学意义(χ2=17.676,P=0.000)。结论酵母来源的CO2在3种不同环境下的诱蚊诱卵效果有显著差别,在地下车库等较封闭的空间具有较好的诱蚊效果,诱蚊数量显著高于去氯水组;但在空气流通良好的绿化地带却呈现与地下车库相反的结果,诱蚊效果显著低于去氯水组;办公室内两组诱蚊效果无差别。 Objective To study the effect of yeast-generated carbon dioxide on trapping mosquito in different environments. Method Yeast and sugar solution were mixed in Mosq-ovitrap for the experimental group and tap water with out chlorine was used for the control group. Both of two Mosq-ovitrap groups were put in underground garage, office and green belt for 4 days. The number of mosquito and egg were counted every 24 hours. Result In the underground garage, the CO2 group trapped a total of 622 mosquitoes, with 228 Aedes albopictus and 394 Culex pipiens, but no eggs, with Mosquito and oviposition positive index (MOI) of 100, while the control group trapped a total of 81 mosquitoes, with 53 Aedes albopictus and 28 Culex pipiens, and a total of 268 eggs, with MOI of 73.3. In the offices the CO2 group trapped 23 Culex pipiens, while the control group caught 1 Aedes albopictus, 30 eggs and 5 Culex pipiens, with MOI of 3.3. In the green belt the CO2 group trapped only one Culex pipiens, however the control group trapped 31 Aedes albopictus, 1322 eggs and one Culex pipiens, with MOI of 60. Three CO2 groups showed a significant difference (Х^2=17.676, P=0.000)in trapping mosquito in different environments. Conclusion Yeast-generated carbon dioxide used to trap mosquito has significant different efficiency in different environments. It is more effective in an enclosed space such as the underground garage. However the effect was significantly lower than control group in the green belt. The mosquito induced effect of the CO2 group and the control group has no significant difference in the offices.
