白三烯C4在哮喘发病中的作用

Role of Leukotriene C4 in Asthma

目的探讨白三烯C4在哮喘发病中的作用。方法采用ELISA法,分别测定56例支气管哮喘发作期,60例缓解期以及60例正常对照组血清中LTC4水平。结果哮喘发作组和哮喘缓解组LTC4(14.63±2.85)ng/mL和(13.92±2.46)ng/mL水平显著高于正常对照组(2.42±0.36)ng/mL。而哮喘患者急性发作组和缓解组之间比较差异无统计学意义。结论LTC4是哮喘发生发展的重要炎性因子。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum level of leukotriene C4 （LTC4） in asthma patients. Method 56 cases of asthma with acute attack and 60 cases with remission were chosen, and 60 healthy subjects were chosen as controls. Level of serum LTC4 was measured by ELISA. Result The levels of serum LTC4 in asthmatic patients with acute attacks （14.63±2.85）ng/mL and with remission （13.92±2.46）ng/mL were significantly higher （P〈0.05） than the control （2.42±0.36）ng/mL. The difference between the acute attack group and the remission group was not significant. Conclusion LTC4 is an important indicator for the pathogenesis of asthma.
