123例青年乳腺癌临床特点及预后分析

Characteristics and Prognosis Factors of Breast Cancer in Young Women:A Report of 123 Patients

背景与目的分析青年乳腺癌患者的临床特点、5年生存率和影响预后的因素。方法回顾性分析我院1996年12月-2004年4月间收治的123例35岁以下乳腺癌的临床资料,观察患者的5年生存率,分析其临床特点和影响预后的因素。结果本组Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期5年生存率分别为92.9%、73.2%、50.5%、16.7%。单因素分析显示,对生存率有影响的因素为年龄、临床分期、淋巴结分期、雌孕激素受体情况。结论本组青年乳腺癌患者,影响其预后的主要因素为临床分期、淋巴结分期、雌孕激素受体情况。提高对青年乳腺癌的警惕性,早发现、早诊断、早治疗是提高治愈率的关键。

Background and objective To analyze the clinical characteristics,survival and prognosis of breast cancer patients under 35 years of age. Methods 123 breast cancer patients under 35 years treated ffom Dec 1996 to April 2004 were retrospectively reviewed.Clincal features, survival and prognostic factors were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 statistic software. Results The 5-year survival rates for patients with stage Ⅰ , stage Ⅱ, stageⅢ, stageⅣ disease were 92.9%, 73.2%, 50.5%, 16.7% respectively.Factors affecting survival were age, stage, the lymph node status, estrogen and/or progesterone receptor status by univariate analysis. Conclusion The prognostic factors of breast cancer patients under 35 years of age are stage, the lymph node status, estrogen and/or progesterone receptor status.The key points to improve the efficacy of treatment are early detection ,early diagnosis ,early treatment.
