摘要
用荧光光谱法、分光光度法研究了3-环丙基卟吩f-3甲酯(Mf3-3)与转铁蛋白(Transferrin,Tf)的相互结合反应。计算了反应的表观平衡常数、结合位点数,获得了不同温度下两者结合的热力学常数,推测了二者之间的主要作用力。
The binding between Mr3-3 and transferring bovine was studied by fluorescence and UV absorption spectra. The equilibrium constant K0 was calculated. The number of binding sites between Mr3-3 and transferrin was determined according to the thermodynamic parameters of binding reaction as well as the interaction forces.
