摘要
建立了采用高效液相色谱测定2-溴芴酮含量的方法。采用大连EliteHypersilODS2C18色谱柱(4.6×250mm),流动相为V(甲醇)∶V(水)=85∶15,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为254nm,柱温为40℃。2-溴芴酮在1.0—10.0mg/L范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9992,加样平均回收率为99.22%,RSD小于1%。方法简单快速、准确可靠,为工业生产2-溴芴酮提供了分析方法。
2-Bromofluorenone was determined by high performance liquid chromatography with the chromatographic conditions of dalian Elite Hypersil ODS2 C18 column (4. 6 × 250mm) ;the mobile phase of methanol-water (85 : 15 V/V) ; the flow rate was 1.0mL/min;the detection wavelength was 254nm and column at 40℃. A good liner relationship was obtained within the range of 1.0-10. 0 mg/L of 2-bromofluorenone (r=0. 9992) ;the average recovery rate was 99. 22% and the RSD was lower than 1%. It was shown that the established method was rapid and reliable,providing an analysis method for the industrial preparation of 2-bromofluorenone.
