四川冕宁稀土矿选矿试验研究

Beneficiation Study on Rare Earth Ore in Mianning of Sichuan

我国西南攀西地区蕴藏有大量的稀土资源,主要为氟碳铈矿。以四川冕宁氟碳铈型稀土矿为研究对象,对其进行了试验室选矿试验研究。试验以水玻璃为调整剂,改型羟肟酸Wr为捕收剂,在pH=7.5～8的条件下,采用预先脱泥的浮选工艺流程获得了REO含量为62.10%、REO回收率为86.98%的稀土精矿。

Sichuan rare earth deposit is prolific in China. The bench scale test of beneficiation was studied with bastnacsite from Mianning, Sichuan as research object. Aiming to occurrence features of the rare earth ore, using water glass as depressant,medified hydroxamic acid as collector, at pH value within 7.5 - 8, a rare earth concentrate with REO content of 62.10% and REO recovery of 86.98% was gained.
