基于稀土萃取中细分驱动的给料流量控制系统的研究

摘要 阐述了以单片机为控制核心,细分驱动系统的步进电机为执行单元,结合传感检测装置为一体的闭环数字控制系统,并通过MATLAB对控制系统进行数学建模以及仿真。此控制系统用于增量式流量数字阀的精确控制,从而达到稀土萃取中的精确给料。 In this paper, the closed- loop digital control system was described, which is composed of the single- chip computer as core control unit, stepper motor subdivided drive system as an implementation unit and sensor detection device. Mathematical modeling and simulation for the control system was studied through Matlab. This control system is used for precise control of incremental digital flow valve, so as to achieve precise feeding in the extraction of tare - earth.
