学习的本质是自组织。应用"耗散结构"理论,为受训学员提供促使他们"必须而且能够进行学习自组织"的学习环境,是一种提升成人教育培训效果的有效途径。
The essence of learning is self- organization. Based on the dissipation structure theory, the leafing environment has been provided for the trainees to make them have to and be able to learn by self - organization, which is an effective way of enhancing the training results of adult education.
