This paper discusses the key questions on the integration with SMS and distance education compromises plat-form integration. Then,it analysis these key technologies of the corresponding system on . Net and third-party SMS SDK tech-nology. Thirdly, it builds the system platform architecture. At last it designs and implements the SMS system＇s main functions.
