北京市新农村建设中的基础设施现状评价

Evaluation on Infrastructure Level during New Countryside Construction in Beijing

以北京市为例,利用2006年北京市第二次农业普查数据资料,结合实地调研和农民访谈,采用指标综合评价法,全面评价了北京市农村基础设施建设水平,揭示了需要加大投资和建设的基础设施项目和地区,指出了基础设施的质量与利用问题,为北京市新农村建设成效评估、进一步的建设规划以及城乡一体化建设与管理提供理论依据。

Taking Beijing as an example, this article uses the second time data in 2006 census of agriculture of Beijing, combines with field research and interviews with farmers and uses indicators of comprehensive evaluation method. It gives a comprehensive evaluation of Beijing rural infrastructure level, reveals the infrastructure projects and regions, which need greater investment and construction, and points out the problems of the quality and exploitation of the infrastructure. This article also provides a theoretical basis for the effectiveness evaluation of new rural area construction in Beijing, for further construction planning, as well as for the construction and management of rural-urban integration.
