This paper introduces the present situation and existing problems of material management for constrnction projects, and presents that modern logistics management thought should be introduced into construction projects＇ material management to improve the production and operation efficiency. Aiming at the present situation that construction projects＇ material management efficiency is low, material management expense is high and capital turnover is slow, it analyses the problems existing in material management system, process, supply relationship and informatization, and based on the analysis, it puts forward effective improvement measures.
