摘要
我国现行的住宅专项维修资金制度,虽然在一定程度上解决了住宅共用部位、共用设施设备保修期满后的维修、更新和改造等问题,但在住宅专项维修资金制度的设计中,关于费用的交存、使用和监管还存在许多模糊规定。在分析我国现行住宅专项维修资金制度的基础上,提出相应的解决对策。
The special maintenance fund system of residence in our country has resolved some problems about the maintaining of buildings and social common sharing facilities' repairs and remold after the maintenance period. But in this design about the special maintenance fund system, there are also some vague rules about the keeping, using and controlling of the funds. On the basis of analyzing the special maintenance fund system, points out the relevant countermeasures
