摘要
海外工程具有金额大、问题多、语言不通、市场竞争激烈及潜伏风险较大等特点。为在海外工程竞争中顺利实现预期目标,首先应认真做好投标工作。本文对斐济SAVUSAVU净水厂工程商务标书的编制进行了分析,希望能为同类海外工程投标提供借鉴。
There are many characteristics, like big amount, more problems, language harrier, fierce competition, enormous risk, existing in overseas project. In order to achieve the expected goals, we should treat the tender work carefully. This paper focuses on the case of the Fijian SAVUSAVU water treatment plant project, briefly introduces and analyzes the experiences of its business tender preparation, hoping the experiences can be used as reference in the similar overseas projects in the future
