通过对建国后我国城市建设融资模式的回顾,分析现阶段各种融资模式的特点,着重阐述当前经济环境下发行地方政府债券的必然性,并为其发行方式选择、融资风险管理和后续发展提出具体建议。

By reviewing the financing patterns of urban construction since the establishment of our country, the paper analyzes the characteristics of all kinds of financing patterns in the present period, focuses on the the inevitability of issuing local government bonds in the present economic enviroment, and makes specific suggestions for their choosing issuing ways, managing financial risks and follow-up development.
