摘要
针对基于实例推理的产品配置设计中几何图形的匹配搜索问题,提出了不同表示方法的几何属性相似度模型;依据最小二乘法原理构造参数转换目标函数,采用边界约束BFGS算法优化求解参数转换矩阵的6个未知变量。以此为基础,提出了基于客户几何测量数据的产品外形相似度计算公式,最后给出了一个叶片的几何图形相似度计算实例。应用结果表明,提出的产品几何属性相似度模型及计算方法是可行的。
For the geometry matching search that appeared in the product configuration design based on case reasoning, the similarity model of geometric attributes denoted in the different ways was put forward, the objective function about parameter transformation was constructed by using the principle of least squares, the 6 unknown variables were solved by adopting the algorithm of bound constraint BFGS. Based on above, the formula for shape similarity concerned with the customer measured data was set forth, finally a similarity calculation example for the blade geometry was given. The result shows the similarity model for product geometric attribute and the method for similarity calculation are feasible.
