尼尔雌醇与米索前列醇在绝经期妇女取环前应用的疗效观察

Clinical analysis of nilestriol combined with misoprostol in removing intrauterine device from postmenopausal women

目的:探讨尼尔雌醇与米索前列醇在绝经期妇女取环前应用的疗效。方法:将204例绝经期取环妇女随机分为两组,观察组120例,对照组84例,观察组于取环前应用尼尔雌醇与米索前列醇,对照组不用任何药物。观察两组宫颈软化程度及扩张情况、取环成功率。结果:观察组宫颈软化及扩张明显优于对照组(P<0.01);顺利取环成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:术前应用尼尔雌醇与米索前列醇有利于宫颈软化及扩张,取环成功率高,痛苦小,方法简便安全。

OBJECTIVE To research the effect of the use of nilestriol combined with misoprostol in removing intrauterine device（IUD） from postmenopausal women. METHODS 204 cases with menopause women were randomly divided into two group,test group 120 cases, control group 84 cases, test group administrated with nilestriol and misoprostol before taking out the IUD,control group was not administrated with any drug. Separately observe two groups cervix uteri to soften and the expansion situation,fetch the success rate of the IUD. RESULTS The test group cervix uteri soften ana me expansion obviously surpasses the control group （P〈0. 01） ; Taking IUD success ratio obviously to be higher than the control group （P〈0. 01）. CONCLUSION The application of Nilestriol combined with Misoprostol in taking IUD from menopause women profits cervix uteri softening and expansion, success ratio of taking IUD was high with less pain, the method is simple and convenient and safe.
