国产亚甲蓝标记乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检临床分析

摘要 自1993年Krag首先报道乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检（SLNB）以来，短短14年问，受到全球肿瘤外科学者的重视。SLNB不单成为乳腺癌研究领域的热门课题，还被引入胃癌、大肠癌、头颈肿瘤、妇科肿瘤的应用研究。但目前开始应用SLNB技术缩小手术范围的仅限于乳腺癌。我们近年来采用国产亚甲蓝标记定位前哨淋巴结（SLN），对84例患者进行SLNB，同时行腋淋巴结清扫（ALND），现将结果报道如下。
