摘要
针对企业信息化环境下人-信息系统交互效率不高的问题,提出了交互效率关键影响因素识别的概念模型.用因子分析法提取任务(T)、人(H)、信息系统(IS)、环境和管理层面的影响因子共16个;用回归分析识别出任务、人、信息系统匹配的关键影响因子共11个、人与信息系统交互效率的关键影响因子共8个.回归结果表明:行为导向心理、认知操作能力、疲劳、系统界面适宜性、信息系统性能、系统速度、任务确定性、物理环境、工作资源环境、信息共享、沟通与协调等因子通过任务与人匹配间接影响人与信息系统交互效率;行为导向心理、任务难易度、激励等因子和任务、人与信息系统匹配的5个维度直接影响人与信息系统交互效率.
To enhance the lower interactive efficiency of human-information system, a concept model of influencing factors on interactive efficiency was referred and 16 influencing factors in task(T), human(H), information system(IS), environment, management aspects by using factors analysis, 11 critical influencing factors of T-H-IS matching and 8 crucial influencing factors of H-IS interactive efficiency by using regression analysis were identified. The consequence of regression analysis shows two principles. The H-IS interactive efficiency is indirectly influenced by behavior-oriented psychology, cognitive performance, fatigue, the suitability of system interface, H-IS performance, system velocity, tasks certainty, physical environment, job resources environment, information sharing, communication and cooperation factor through T-H match. The H-IS interactive efficiency is directly influenced by behavior-oriented psychology, degree of difficulty, motivation and five dimensions of T-H-IS.
