The essay makes a discussion of economic system which makes distortion of production factor market at the transition period. It argues that such distortion makes the capital factor replace labor elements,and eventually forms a dual paradox:rapid economic growth and employment decreased ability. By construction of two models ——the labor market-distortion's effect on employment and capital market distortion's effect on employment,the essay points out that capabilities of obtaining resource between the state-owned economy and non state-owned one are quite different. It also makes an analysis on such market distortion's effect on employment. It concludes that during China's transition process,distortion of factor market led by system arrangement represses employment. It proposes that the key to solve employment is to develop labor intensive industry.
