小针刀治疗膝关节侧副韧带损伤90例疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Small Needle Knife for the Treatment of Knee Collateral Ligament Injury

目的:观察小针刀治疗膝关节侧副韧带损伤的临床疗效。方法:110例患者随机分为治疗组90例,对照组20例。治疗组采取小针刀治疗,对照组采取封闭治疗。观察患者治疗前后临床症状体征改善情况,以及功能活动恢复情况。结果:治疗组痊愈74例,占82.2%;显效7例,占7.8%;好转5例,5.6%;无效4例,占4.4%,总有效率为95.6%。对照组痊愈7例,占35.0%;显效5例,占25.0%;好转3例,占15.0%;无效5例,占25.0%,总有效率75.0%。2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),提示治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:小针刀治疗膝关节侧副韧带损伤简、便、廉,值得广泛推广。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of small needle knife for the treatment of knee collateral ligament injury.Methods:One hundred and ten patients were randomized into 2 groups:the treatment group(n=90) received treatment with small needle knife,and the control group(n=20) received block therapy.The changes of clinical manifestation and knee function were observed before and after treatment.Results:In the treatment group,74(82.2%) cases were cured,7(7.8%) markedly effective,5(5.6%) effective and 4(4.4%) ineffective,and the total effective rate was 95.6%.In the control group,7(35.0%) cases were cured,5 (25.0%) markedly effective,3(15.0%) effective and 5(25.0%) ineffective,and the total effective rate was 75.0%.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: Small needle knife is effective,simple and cheap for the treatment of knee collateral ligament injury,being worth of expansion.
