摘要
目的观察原发性肝癌三维适形放疗(3DCRT)前后肝血管的血流动力学改变。方法应用彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)对23例原发性肝患者行3DCRT前后肝血管的血流动力学变化进行研究。结果周边及内部彩色血流信号显著减少,部分消失。血流速度均有所降低,其中收缩期峰值流速周边、内部均显著降低(P<0.05)。内部舒张期最低流速也显著降低(P<0.05)。结论CDFI是观察原发性肝癌3DCRT前后较好的影像学检查方法。
Objective To observe changes of liver vascular hemodynamics before and after t 3DCRT in patients with Primary Liver Carcinoma（PLC）. Methods Changes of liver vascular hemodynamincs before and after 3DCRT were studied in 23 patients with PLC with Color Dopper Flow Imaging （CDFI）. Results After 3DCRT,Color doppler flow imagine were decreased in tumor and adjacent tissue,the velocity of tumor were also decreased. Conclusions Color doppler flow imaging is the better examining means to observe liver vascular hemodynamics before and after 3DCRT patients with PLC.
