Optimization of Collector Processing Parameter in Spinning Frame

摘要 探讨细纱机集合器工艺参数的优选。分析了细纱集合器对纤维运动的影响及集合器出口口径与纱线条干的关系,通过在细纱机上增加集合区,并对集合器出口口径进行了优选试验。结果表明:集合器出口口径对所纺纱线的质量有明显影响,集合器出口口径与纱线条干均匀度间近似呈三次曲线关系,存在一个纱线条干较佳的出口口径。纺C 23.8 tex纱,当集合器出口口径为1.6 mm时,成纱条干均匀度较好。 Optimization of collector processing parameter in spinning frame was discussed. Impact of collector on fibre movement, relationship between collector exit diameter and yarn evenness were analysed. Collector zone were added in spinning frame and collector exit diameter were optimized. The result shows "that collector exit diameter effect yarn quality obviously, relationship between collector exit diameter and yarn evenness shows cubic curve and there is a suitable collector exit diameter for yarn evenness. When collector exit diameter is 1.6 mm,C 23.8 tex yarn evenness is better.
