Function and Application of Comber Nipper Connector

为充分发挥精梳机钳板结合件的功能,通过分析钳板结合件的作用、技术要求、调节方法、提高效能的措施以及制造安装、日常使用和维护的工作要求,指出:钳板结合件是精梳机专件中的重中之重。钳板结合件的运动规律、运动速度、钳板开口与闭合定时等各项参数及使用中的维护保养工作都应给予全面关注,并准确把握与协调控制,才能使之全面达到和满足高质、高速、高效精梳机的要求。

To make full use comber nipper connector, its function, technology demand and adjusting method were analysed, measures of improving efficiency, its manufacturing and installation, daily use and maintenance demands were introduced as well. It is pointed out that nipper connector is the most important component for comber. Movement law and speed, nipper open and close timing of nipper connector and caution in maintenance should be paid full attention to reach high quality, high speed and high efficiency comber demands.
