HVI检验与传统机检原棉杂质关系的探讨

Relationship Discussion of Raw Cotton Impurity Content Tested by HVI and Traditional Instrument

探讨大容量快速检测仪(HVI)检验得出的棉花杂质指标和传统仪器检验得出的棉花含杂率之间的关系。通过整理甘肃省2007年度棉花检验的大量数据,分析了HVI杂质面积率、HVI杂质粒数、HVI级数与机检杂质率的关系,指出两种检验结果在一定范围内有很好的线性关系,其中,HVI检验的杂质面积率和传统仪器检验的含杂率线性关系较好。

Raw cotton impurity content relationship tested by HVI and traditional instrument was discussed. Through collecting data from cotton inspection in Gansu province in 2007 ,relationship among HVI impurity area percentage,HVI impurity number and HVI grade and traditional instrument inspection impurity percentage were analysed,it is pointed out that there is a better linear relationship between the two test results in a certain degree. There is a better linear relationship between HVI impurity area percentage and traditional instrument inspection impurity percentage.
