Development of Viloft Cashmere Wool Polyamide Colored Spun Knitted Yarn

为在棉纺设备上开发生产Viloft羊绒羊毛锦纶四合一色纺针织用纱,针对原料特点,选择了预处理工艺,制定了纺纱工艺流程和技术措施,并就生产中的问题对纺纱工艺参数进行了优化。通过合理配棉、加强设备的维护保养和运转操作管理等措施,克服了纺纱过程中易产生色差的缺陷,开发的Viloft/羊绒/羊毛/锦纶40/30/20/10 47.6 tex色纺纱质量达到使用要求。

To develop viloft cashmere wool polyamide colored spun knitted yarn on cotton spinning machine,pretreatment was carried out,process and technology measures were chosen according to specialty of raw material. Spinning processing parameters were optimized according to problems in production. Color difference in spinning course could he avoided by assorting cotton reasonably, strengthening equipment maintenance ＆ operation management, colored spun knitted yarn quality of viloft cashmere wool polyamide 40/30/20/10 47.6 tex yarn finally cOuld reach demands.
