不结球白菜分子遗传图谱的构建及分析 被引量:7

摘要 以不结球白菜常州乌塌菜和二青杂交产生的181株F2代分离材料为作图群体,利用ISSR、RAPD、SSR、SRAP等分子标记来构建不结球白菜分子遗传连锁图谱.结果表明,构建的连锁图谱包含11个连锁群,由139个标记组成,其中包括4个ISSR标记、19个RAPD标记、22个SSR标记和94个SRAP标记.其中偏分离标记37个,占26.6%;每条连锁群上的标记数在4~33个之间,连锁群长度在61~164cM的范围,覆盖基因组950cM,总平均图距6.8cM. A molecular genetic map of non-heading Chinese cabbage was constructed with a population of 181 F2 individuals from the cross of 'Changzhouwutacai' ×'Erqing'. Four kinds of markers of ISSR,RAPD,SSR and SRAP were adopted and 139 polymorphic markers including 4 ISSR, 19 RAPD,22 SSR,94 SRAP markers,which was consisted of 11 linkage group and cover 950 cM. A total of 37 (26.6%) distorted markers distributed in the map. The map consists of linkage group,139 of markers included in the linkage groups varied from 4 to 33,the length of linkage groups are from 61 to 164 cM,and a mean marker interval distance is 6.8 cM between markers.
