高山红景天中红景天苷的分离及含量测定

Separating Rhodioside from Rhodiola Sachalmensis A Bor and Determining its Content by Using HPLC

目的:对高山红景天的主要成分红景天苷进行分离与含量检测。方法:先采用AB-8型大孔吸附树脂法对高山红景天提取物进行分离,再通过HPLC法对高山红景天的主要成分红景天苷进行含量测定。结果:HPLC法测得高山红景天提取物分离后的红景天苷含量为37.63%(质量分数)。

Objective ： To separate the main component of rhodiola sachalmensis A Bor, and to determine the content of Rhodioside by using HPLC. Methods： AB-8 Macroporous adsorptive resins were used to purify the extractive of Rhodiola, and then the content of Rhodioside was determined by using HPLC. Results： The purity of rhodioside in product was 37.63%.
