2006年甘肃省农村7岁以下儿童体格发育调查

Survey on the physique development of the children under 7 in the rural area in Gansu province in 2006

目的了解甘肃省农村地区7岁以下儿童体格发育现状及变化趋势,为7岁以下儿童体格发育评价提供参考数据。方法2006年8-11月采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,抽取甘肃省安定区、岷县、宁县、肃州区4县(区)农村地区7岁以下儿童进行体格发育状况调查,包括身高(长)、体重、坐高(顶臀长)、胸围、头围5项指标,按年龄及性别分为22个组,共计9390名。结果2006年甘肃省农村地区7岁以下不同年龄组儿童的身高、体重男性均大于女性;2006年与1985年相比身高、体重有明显的增长,且随年龄增长,增幅逐渐增大;部分年龄组儿童生长发育水平低于2006年世界卫生组织颁布的儿童生长发育标准。结论甘肃省农村地区7岁以下儿童体格发育水平较20年前有明显提高。

Objective To understand the status and the general trend of physique development of the children under 7 in the rural areas in Gansu province in the recent 20 years, and to provide the child growth reference data of the children in Gansu pronvince from 0 to 7. Methods With stratified random cluster sampling method, the children under the age of 7 in Dingxi County, Jiuquan City, Minxian County, and Ningxian County in rural areas in Gansu province were selected. The subjects consisted of 9390 healthy children. All the children were classified into 22 age groups. The sample size was at least 100 - 150 for each sex-age group in each area of each city （or county）. Weight, height （supine length under 3 years） , sitting height （crown-rump under 3 years） , and head and chest size were measured. Results The mean weight and height of boys was greater than that of girls. Compared with the results obtained in 1995, the mean weight, height and sitting height significantly increased, and the increment increased with chronological age. The growth and development level of children of quite a few age groups in rural areas in Gansu province did not reach the WHO Child Growth Standards. Conclusion The level of growth and development of the children under 7 in Gansu pronvince has been much improved than 20 years ago and the secular trend is still continuing at an accelerated growth stage. The weights and heights of children in Gansu Pronvince have not reached that of the WHO Child Growth Standards published in 2006.
