城市资源环境信息系统空间数据库的建立与应用——以贵阳市中心城区为例

The Establishment and Application of the Spatial Database of the Urban Resources and Environment Information System

以贵阳市中心城区为试验区，建立城市资源环境信息系统空间数据库。用遥感和地理信息系统技术，进行城市资源综合评价，为城市规划与管理提供信息服务。该数据库的设计和建立是以地理信息系统ＰＡＭＡＰＧＩＳ软件为基本工具，在数据的采集过程中，以遥感数据作为充实和更新数据库的主要信息源。数据库由两部分组成：①基础地理数据库，包括数字高程模型和基础地理图件；②资源环境数据库，主要由常规专题图和遥感专题图组成。

The spatial database of the urban resources and environment information system was established in the central area of Guiyang city.The urban resources and environment are assessed comprehensively and the information is provided for the city planning and management by the means of the technology of remote sensing and geographic information system. The PAMAP GIS is the main tool to design and establish the spatial database.The remote sensed data is the main information to enrich and renew the database during collecting the data.The database comprises two parts:the first one is fundamental geographic database including the digital elevation model and the basic geographic maps;the second one is the resources and environment database including the thematic maps.
