Technological and Standard Issues in the Geographic Information Sharing:A General Comment and the Requirement

伴随着ＧＩＳ技术的广泛应用，地理信息共享呼声越来越高。对数据共享技术及标准进行了研究，首先总结了目前存在于ＧＩＳ数据共享中的技术标准问题，然后提出了为解决这些问题所需要进行的技术及标准工作；讨论了ＧＩＳ语义模型设计、技术标准体系建立、互操作性及数据安全等方面的技术和标准的必要性。

オhe popularity of GIS technology makes the geographic information sharing the greatest challenge in Chinese GIS Society.It is generally argued that data sharing is not only a technological activity,but also a economic and a social activity.The paper has focused its efforts mainly on the issues related to datasharing technologies and standards.A summary of related problems in the current data sharing practice has been given in the first part.The supposition of further technical and standardmaking efforts needed to tackle the problems has been presented in the second part of this paper,including the design of the semantis GIS model,the construction of the technical standard system,the GIS interoperabiligy and data safety.
