摘要
本文报告了近１０年获得随访的６７例髋关节骨性关节炎治疗情况。我们将其分为四期，根据不同病期选择不同术式，认为提高疗效的关键在于早发现，早治疗，强调尽可能针对病因治疗。本组随访结果极好和好占７７．６％。
Sixty seven patients with osteoarthritis of the Hips(OAH) treated surgically were followed up from 1985 to 1995. We divided OAH into four stages and selected different operative methods for treatment according to different stage. In order to obtain excellent result, we have to diagnose OAH and do etiological therapy as early as possible Excellent and good results are 77 6% in this group.
