摘要
该文报告了３９例４２个膝关节骨性关节炎的关节镜下治疗。患者平均年龄５４．１岁。术前摄站立位Ｘ片，分为膝内翻组、正常组和外翻组，镜下手术包括：滑膜切除、软骨修整钻孔、游离体摘除、半月板切除、骨赘切除及外侧支持带松解等。优良率７３．３％，下肢力线正常组（８１．３％），优于膝内翻组（６３．６％）。关节镜治疗膝关节骨性关节炎。
Arthroscopic debridement was used to treat 39 osteoarthritis patients with 42 affected knees.The patients,average age 54.1,were divided into three groups:varus knees, normally aligned knees and valgus knees,depending on the results of their standing anteroposterior roentgenograms.The arthroscopic operations consisted of synovectomy,abrasion arthroplasty,loose bodies removal,meniscectomy,osteophyte resection and lateral retinaculum release of the patella.Good and excellent results were obtained in 73.3% of the total number of patients,81.3% of the normally aligned knee group,and 63.6% of the varus group.When selecting patients,the doctor should limit the number of patients with malaligned knees receiving arthroscopic debridement.
