血清hs-CRP,mALB与LPa联合检测与心血管疾病相关性分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、尿微量清蛋白(mALB)、脂蛋白(a)Lp(a)与心血管疾病的关系。方法:测定了100例健康人(对照组)及30例急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者(心肌梗死组),60例冠心病患者(冠心病组)和75例原发性高血压患者(高血压组)hs-CRP、mALB和Lp(a)的水平。结果:3组心血管疾病患者中,急性心肌梗死组、冠心病组及高血压组血清hs-CRP、mALB和Lp(a)的水平高于对照组,而急性心肌梗死组明显高于冠心病组及高血压组。hs-CRP与mALB及Lp(a)呈正相关。结论:hs-CRP、mALB和Lp(a)的测定可辅助心血管疾病诊断,3项联合动态观察,可预测心血管疾病的发展及判断预后。 Objective: To investigate the relationship between high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), Mieroalbum and serum Lp(a) in cardiovascular diseases. Methods: 100 healthy individuals people (Control group), 30 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI group), 60 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD group), and 75 patients with hypertension (Hypertension group) were involved. Serum hs-CRP, Microalbum and serum Lp(a) were measured. Results: The serum hs-CRP , the urine microalbum and the serum Lp(a) concentration in three patient groups were significantly higher than those in Control group. And those in AMI group were higher than the other 2 patient groups . The hs-CRP level was positively correlated with the mALB level and Lp(a) level. Conclusion: The measurement of hs-CRP, mALB and Lp (a) may be helpful to diagnose cardiovascular diseases. Combined detection of hs CRP, mALB and Lp(a) helps predict the outcome of cardiovascular diseases.
