Determination of the tretinoin in the tretinoin ointment by UV

目的:建立维甲酸软膏的质量控制方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法在336nm处测定维甲酸的含量。结果:维甲酸检测浓度在1.0～6.0μg/ml范围内与吸收度线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.97%(RSD=0.80%)。结论:本法经济、安全。操作简便、快捷,重现性好,结果准确,适用于医院制剂的快速分析。

Objective： Establish the UV method of tretinoin ointment quality control. Methods： We apply the UV spectrophotometry method with a wavelength of 336 nm. Results： The linear range of tretinoin were 1.0-6.0 μg/ml （r =0. 999 9）. The average recoveries of tretinoin ointment were 98.97%（RSD= 0.80%）. Conclusion： This method is reliable, accurate and suitable to apply in hospital.
