History,Experience and Future of Intra-CPC Democratic Construction

本文紧紧抓住党内民主本质这一主线,在对党内民主建设特别是党员权利理论与实践发展的基本脉络进行梳理的基础上,概括出党内民主建设必须紧紧抓住党员权利这个根本,必须始终把制度建设放在突出位置,必须大力清除影响民主发展的各种深层阻碍、必须正确把握党内民主与社会主义民主和民主集中制民主的关系等主要经验,并就今后党内民主建设的方向提出了前瞻性思考。

The paper grasps the axis of essence of intra-Party democracy. On the basis of analyzing the history of intra-Party democracy, it summarizes that intra-Party democracy must firmly hold Party member rights as the fundamental, put system construction at the dominant position, eliminate various obstacles in democratic building, and grasp the experience of intra-Party democracy and democratic centralism. Finally, it gives proposals on the development of intra-Party democracy.
