摘要
领导力是能把握领导活动诸要素内在的必然联系,并用符合规律性的方式去驾驭领导活动的力量。构成领导行为的诸要素始终处于动态变化过程之中,说明领导力获得不是与生俱来的,也不是一劳永逸的。在繁杂因素的相互联系与变换中,只有能观形察势,见微知著,能敏锐感知变化趋势的领导者,并能够及时科学地做出符合规律的新组合,才能实现领导力变革与获得。科学发展观提出的新的发展理念、发展模式和发展方法是新形势下领导活动的新导向,是对领导者应该具有实践新发展的战略能力提出的新要求,是领导力变革的重要的思想牵引力。
Leadership is the power to hold the certain relations about the key elements of leadership activities and control them according to the regularity. These elements are always in a dynamic change process. Leadership power is neither born by nature nor by one supreme effort gain lasting repose. Only realize the situation and understand the tendency of changes with keen perception and make the new correct decisions can those leaders bring and achieve the reform of leadership. Scientific outlook of development advances new notion, new mode and new ways of development. It is the new guideline of leadership activities in new situation. It set a still higher demand on the leaders who should have the strategic capability of new development practice, also an important ideological traction force of leadership reform as well.
