脑电图监测在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的诊断意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨脑电图(EEG)监测对新生儿HIE病情诊断的价值。方法:回顾性分析69例缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿的脑电图检查表现。结果:69例HIE患儿的EEG异常率为73.9%(51/69);其中EEG轻度异常为44.2%(23/52),中度为42.3%(22/52),重度为13.5%(7/52)。EEG异常率轻度HIE为55.3%(21/38),中度HIE为96.2%(25/26),重度为HIE的EEG全部为重度异常(100%)。结论:脑电图能客观、直接地反映脑细胞的功能状态及损害程度,对早期发现窒息缺氧后脑功能异常具有特殊价值。 Objective:To explore value on electroenphalogram(EEG) monitoring in diagnosis of HIE condition. Methods:The EEG of 69 cases with hypoxicischemic encephalopathy (HIE)was analyzed retrospectively. Rsults:The abnormal rate of EEG of 69 cases with HIE was 73.9% (51/69) ;mild EEG abnormal rate was 44.2% ( 23/52 ), moderate was 42.3 % (22/52), severe was 13.5 % ( 7/52 ). The abnormal rate of EEG of patients with mild HIE was 55.3% (21/38) ,moderate HIE was 96.2% (25/26) ,severe HIE was 100%. Conelusion:EEG can reflect objectively directly the functional status of brain cells and the extent of damage and is of special value in the early detection of brain dysfunction after asphyxia.
