摘要
为改善民生,应对当前低收入家庭住房困难的局面,我国明确了以提供经济适用房和廉租房为主的社会保障性住房的供应体系。本文使用供需模型,对现有三种社会保障性住房供给方式的市场效应进行理论分析,并结合我国现实提出在供给环节需要考虑的问题和解决的思路。
Chinese government has made it clear that the supply system of social security housing mainly includes affordable houses and cheap renting houses. In my paper, I use model of supply and demand, to make a theoretical analysis on the marketing effect of supply means of three social security houses.
