当前,农村公共产品的投资效率问题逐渐成为社会关注的焦点,这一问题也是我国社会主义新农村建设必须深入研究的现实问题。目前,理论界对农村公共产品投资效率的研究还是以定性分析为主。以全国农村公共产品供给的数据资料为基础,用定量的方法探究投资效率,可为合理配置农村公共产品投入资源提供理论支持。

Recently, the investment rate of rural public products has been the focus of social attention, and it al- so has been an actual issue that should be taken into the consideration of construction of a new socialist rural area. The theory circle mainly makes a research on the investment rate of rural public products by means of qualitative analysis. And with the method of qualitative analysis, we can provide theoretical support for the reasonable allocation of input resources of rural public products.
