摘要
为研究慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者胃固体排空功能及普瑞博思在此中的作用,本文对20例CRF患者与20例正常对照组进行了胃排空测定,并对20例胃固体排空延迟的CRF患者给予普瑞博思口服治疗2周后复查,结果显示:CRF患者胃固体排空功能较正常组明显延迟(P<0.01),胃排空率较正常组明显减低(P<0.01),经普瑞博思治疗后,胃肠道症状及胃排空功能明显改善.说明:胃排空功能延迟可能是CRF患者胃肠道症状的可能病因之一,普瑞博思对其症状有治疗作用.
Gastric emptying in response to a solid meal were studied in 20 patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) and 20 normal subjects in order to investigate whether these patients present any alteration of gastric solid emptying and whether prepulsid can improve the gastric emptying (prepulsid was given to treat the patients with delayed gastric solid emptying for 2 weeks). Results showed that gastric solid emptying time of the patient with CRF groups were significantly longer than that of control groups and gastric emptying rates were also significantly lower than that of control groups . After treatment, the gastrointetinal symptoms of patients with CRF were relieved and gastric solid emptying function were improved. The above results indicated that gastric solid emptying delay of patients with CRF may be one of the reasons of gastrointestinal sympotoms. Prepulsid was effective in the therapy of these patients.
