向日葵叶片保护酶系的活性与品种抗锈病性的关系 被引量:2

摘要 为了了解不同抗性的向日葵品种与锈菌(Puccinia helianthi)互作后保护酶系代谢的变化与向日葵抗锈病性的关系,接种锈菌后不同时间测定了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)及苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性变化,测定结果表明:抗病品种这5种酶活性升高幅度均高于感病品种,说明这5种酶活性的变化与向日葵抗锈病性有密切关系。 Inorder to understand Relationship between Activities of defense enzyme And Resistance of sunflower to rust diseae, differ- ent resistance sunflower varieties were inoctdated with Puceinia helianthi, at different time after inoeulateion , the activity of defense en- zymes including Superoxide dismutase(SOD) .Catalase(CAT) .Peroxidase(POD) .Polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and Phenylalanine ammo- nia -lyase (PAL)were detected , the result showed: increased extent of these five enzymes activities in resistant variety was higher than that in susceptible variety, indicating that sunflower resistance to Puccinia helianthi was elosely related with these five enzymes activities.
