施氮量对香青兰生长、产量及挥发油含量的影响 被引量:8

摘要 以采自内蒙古呼和浩特市的野生香青兰(Dracocephalum moldavicaL.)为试验材料,研究了不同施氮量对香青兰生长发育、地上部干草产量及挥发油含量的影响。结果表明:适量的氮肥可明显增加株高、茎粗、分枝数,施氮量过高会抑制香青兰植株生长,茎粗与分枝数都有减少;适当施用氮肥可以提高香青兰叶片可溶性蛋白质含量及硝酸还原酶活性;施氮能有效提高香青兰产量和挥发油含量,挥发油含量随施氮量的增加逐渐增大,但当施氮量增加到225kg/hm2时,再增加用量则挥发油含量下降。试验结果得出香青兰最佳施氮量为225kg/hm2。 The effects of nitrogen fertilizer at different levels on the growth, the overground yield and content of essential oil with the wild Dracocephalum moldavica L. were. studied from Hohhot suburbs, Inner Mongolia, as the material. The results were as followed: the proper nitrogenous could obviously increase the plant height, the stem diameter and the branching number, higher nitrogen rates treatments inhibited plant growth, the stem thick and the branching number would decrease; the content of soluble protein content and nitrate reductase activity in leaves of Dracocephalum moldavica L. plants was changed with different nitrogen levels; according to the test results : nitrogen application can effectively improve the overground yield and content of essential oil, the content of essential oil in- creased with amount of applied nitrogen, but decreased with amount of applied nitrogen 225kg/hm2 ; the optimal nitrogen application was 225kg/hm2.
