摘要
测定土壤盐分不同的灌渠(盐分较低)和排渠(盐分较高)上生长的同龄新疆杨K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+含量,比较二者叶、枝、边材和根部的K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+含量的分布状况,结果表明:(1)两渠道新疆杨K+和Na+在不同器官中的分布规律是不同的,尤其在根中出现了相反的分布趋势。(2)两渠道新疆杨各器官对K+和Ca2+的积累量较高,地上部器官对Na+的积累量较低,而根中Na+的积累量要远高于地上部分,尤其排渠新疆杨根中Na+的积累量表现的最明显。(3)土壤中盐分含量的高低对新疆杨根系和边材中矿质元素的积累影响较大。
By determining K + , Na + , Ca2 + , Mg2+ contents of Populus alba L. var. Fyramidalis which grow on irrigation canal ( salinity is lower) and drainage canal ( salinity is higher), the soil salinity is different in two canals. And compare distribution situation of K+ , Na+ , Ca2+ , Mg2+ contents in leaf, branch, sapwood and root. The result indicate: (1) K+ and Na+ element have some differ- ent distribution law in different organ of two groups Populus alba L. var. pyramidalis, especially has appeared contrary distribution trend in roots. (2) The accumulation amounts are comparatively higher to K +and Ca2 + in different organ of two groups Populus alba L. var. pyramidalis, the accumulation amounts are lower to Na + in the ground part organ, but the accumulation amounts to Na + in root is high- er than the ground part organs, especially show most obvious to Na + of roots of Populus alba L. var. p)ramidalis in drainage canal. (3) The height of salinity contents in soil have some effects on mineral element accumulation in root and sapwood of Populus alba L. var. pyramidalis.
