密实型废旧橡胶颗粒沥青混合料的降噪特性研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文通过室内试验研究了连续型密级配橡胶颗粒沥青混合料AC-20的3种典型级配类型。研究结果表明:将废旧橡胶颗粒应用于连续密级配路面具有可行性。混合料的级配曲线由下限偏向上限时,其构造深度、回弹率和动态模量减小,回弹值、竖向振动加速度及相位角增大,均表明橡胶颗粒沥青混合料降噪性能随着级配曲线上偏而逐渐降低。且3种典型级配的2.36mm筛的通过率与其构造深度、回弹率和回弹值之间存在非常显著的线性关系。此外,不同加载频率的动态试验还表明车速越高,路面/轮胎间的能量衰减越慢,振动噪声也越大。 In this paper, successive type dense gradation rubber particle bituminous mixture on three representative AC -20 gradation are studied by indoor experimentation. The results show that: It's feasible to rubber particle applied to successive type dense gradation rubber particle bituminous pavement. When grading curve of mixture from lower limit lean to upper limit, it's structural depth, spring- back ratio and dynamic modulus reduce, but it's, springback value, acceleration of vertical motion and phase angle increase. Whole demonstrates that noise reduction'capability of rubber particle bituminous mixture falls along with upwards deflection of grading curve. And passing ratio of 2.36mm sieve for three representative gradation has very prominent linear relation with structural depth,springback ratio and Springback value. Besides, Dynamic state test of different carrier frequency indicates the faster the car'speed, the slower energy fading between pavement and tyre, the bigger vibrational noise.
