摘要
竹材作为1种优良的天然复合材料,日益受到人们的重视,根据其物理机械性能和结构特点,本文提出了竹材曲面胶合的新思路,并对曲面胶合工艺的基础性理论进行了研究。采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对竹材曲面受压过程进行仿真求解。虚拟试验获得了理想的试验结果,将竹材受压变形过程的各个物理量的变化规律清楚直观地表现出来,取得常规试验难以达到的效果,为下一步的单片变厚度竹材压制试验、双片变厚度竹材胶合试验直至竹材曲面胶合产品的最终研制打下了坚实的基础。
As a kind of excellent national composite material, bamboo amuse poople's attention gradually. A new theory of curve glue based on bamboo's capability and structure is brought forward. With the development of computer, finite element technology becomes a key method to settle engineering problem. Adopting Finite element method we analyzed elastic - plastic deformation of bamboo in the course of compress. At the same time we did simulation experiment by ANSYS program that is a kind of software of finite element method. Nowadays, Finite element method Analysis will become importance revolution of manner and technology.
